Overview: The Wilson Rewards Program is a service of Wilson Sporting Goods and is provided for all eligible customers of Wilson Racquet Sports. All users of this site understand that access to this web site is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
Eligibility: Eligibility for the Wilson Reward Points Program is limited to current Wilson Racquet Sports customers who have met the requirements of the program. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, carryover, transfer or redemption of Reward Points is available after eligibility is severed.
Change: Wilson Racquet Sports reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change the program at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Wilson Racquet Sports at its sole discretion.
Participant Enrollment: Each eligible customer must be enrolled in the Wilson Reward Points Program and is assigned a user login and password, used to gain access to the Wilson Reward Points Program web site. Upon initial login, participants may change their personal password. Enrollment must be approved by the customers Territory manager.
Earning Rewards: The earning and accumulation of Reward Points begins when an eligible participant receives a nomination and that nomination is approved by the appropriate Manager, or a Manager, Director, or Vice President Awards points from their discretionary account. Eligible participants may also earn points by participating in Promotional Events - although points are not guaranteed solely on the basis of event participation. Points will be awarded in accordance with the rules governing the Promotional Event, as established by Wilson Racquet Sports Program Administrator.
Redemption and Deduction of Points:
- Any Reward Points not redeemed before January 31, 2009 will be forfeited.
- Reward Points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the On-Line Catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
- The Reward Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Reward Points to another member. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
Claiming a Reward:
- Wilson Racquet Sports reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the Rewards program catalog at any time and without notice.
- When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalog.
- Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Statements of Wilson Reward Points Earned: This web site provides eligible participants with detail of transactions, as well as Wilson Reward Points balances.
Termination of Program: Wilson Racquet Sports reserves the right to terminate the Rewards program at any time without prior notice to you.
Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the Wilson Reward Points On-Line Catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Reward Points On-Line Catalog.
Promotional Events: From time to time, Wilson Racquet Sports at its discretion may offer special events designed to inspire participation in the program. These events may be terminated at any time without cause or warning.
Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating employee and not Wilson Sporting Goods or any of its affiliates or agents, Wilson Racquet Sports will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations
Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.
Privacy Notice: This web site is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Wilson Sporting Goods information collected on this web site will be used by Wilson in connection with the Wilson Reward Points Program. Online-Rewards will not provide your information to non-Wilson or non- Wilson third-party business partners without first obtaining your approval to do so.
